Should you decide to hire us, our rates are as follows:
For sessions with one organizers on site is $60/hour for in-person, and $50/hour for virtual. If 2 organizers are on-site, the session is billed at $100/hour, and for 3 organizers $140/hour. We will discuss during your consultation call what the ideal team size is for your project.
We have a 3-hour minimum for in-person sessions, and a 1-hour minimum for virtual sessions.
Our livelihoods rely upon this work- cancellations with short notice are difficult to re-book, and disrupt our ability to keep our small business sustainable. Please provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel.
Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice will incur a $50 cancellation fee, or $75 for cancellations with 2 hours notice or less before our scheduled session, including no-shows. If you contact us when we are already on our way to meet you asking to start at a later time, we ask that you still pay us from the time we had originally agreed to start.
Of course, we understand emergencies and illness happen, and we can make case-by-case exceptions for such circumstances.
If we cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, you are granted a fee exemption should you need to cancel with short notice in the future. We will always strive to reschedule you promptly if we need to cancel.
Inclement weather: If inclement weather is predicted and schools or workplaces are closed, we will not expect a cancellation fee, and will most likely err on the side of rescheduling, to avoid an unsafe driving situation.
If you would like us to shop for products for you as part of our session, the time spent researching, driving, and shopping will be included in the total billable hours.
For organizing sessions we include with each session a complimentary drop-off trip to Goodwill or other local donation center of your choice.
Payment is due at the time of services rendered. We can take payment in the form of cash, check, venmo, paypal, or Zelle. Please let us know if you need an invoice or receipt and we are happy to provide you with one.
